Delete your data
You can delete your Asa Ta? account and everything in it yourself, at any time, whether you signed in with Facebook, Google or an email link.
Delete your account
- 1
Sign in
Open asataph.com and sign in the same way you did before (Facebook, Google or email). - 2
Go to My account
Tap your picture at the top right, then My account & data, or go straight to My account. - 3
Delete my account
Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete my account, then confirm. Want a copy first? Tap Download my data on the same page.
What gets deleted
Deletion happens right away and can't be undone. It removes your account and sign-in details (name, email and profile picture from Facebook or Google), your travel log and Laag Level, your notes and visit details, your photos, your public profile and who you follow, and places you added that are still waiting for review. Places you added that were already approved stay listed as shared travel information, but your name and vlog link are removed from them. Messages you sent through the contact form are kept so we can finish replying; ask us through the form if you want those deleted too.
Remove Asa Ta? from your Facebook account
Deleting your Asa Ta? account doesn't change your Facebook account. To also stop Asa Ta? from using Facebook Login, open Facebook and go to Settings & privacy β Settings β Apps and websites, find Asa Ta? and tap Remove. (For Google, use your Google Account's third-party connections.)
